How to Place Your Order
Order Online: You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering online is the fastest, most efficient, and most secure method of ordering from Loyola Productions, Inc.
By Phone: Call us at 310-815-8542. If we're unavailable, please leave a message and we'll return your call. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., PST.
To Place an Online Order:
Add Items to Cart: Locate the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
Checkout: When you are ready to checkout, click on the Checkout button. Our shopping cart utilizes a speedy, one-page checkout. If you'd like, you may create an account, or skip down to the "New Customers" section and click on the "Express Checkout" button.
Billing and Shipping Info: Fill out your billing and shipping information. Click the checkbox if the billing and ship to addresses are the same.
Shipping Options: Select either UPS or USPS, then press the "Calculate Shipping" button.
Payment Info: Select your type of credit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. Fill in your payment details. Enter any shipping instructions in the "Shipping Instructions" box. If you'd like to receive our newsletter, check the box next to "Yes, I want to join the newsletter."
Submit My Order: When you're ready, click the "Submit My Order" button ONCE.

Shipping and Handling
We strive to ship your order by the next business day, otherwise we'll ship it as soon as possible.
We offer the following shipping methods:
For USA Customers
• UPS Ground
• US Postal Priority Mail
For Canadian Customers
• US Postal Priority Mail International
For International Customers
• US Postal Priority Mail International
If you prefer a faster method of service, please contact us.
For delivery within the Continental U.S., you can expect to receive your shipment within 7 to 14 business days. For delivery to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, please allow 14 to 21 business days. For international orders, please allow four to six weeks for delivery.
Shipping and handling rates will be calculated at the time of checkout using the UPS or US Postal Service shipping calculator.
Currency
All transactions are calculated in U.S. dollars. Please note that if you prefer to send your order by mail we only accept checks or money orders payable in U.S. funds.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. The information we collect from you is only used to contact you about your order or to send you information about our products.
Refunds/Return Policy
All sales are final. However, we will gladly replace any defective item. Simply ship the product back to us within 14 days of your receipt of the item and we will gladly exchange it for a new product.
